Hearty, herby barbecue pork ribs are easy to make and easy to eat -- not as messy as barbecued ribs usually are. You can substitute beef ribs if you like. Homemade Herbes de Provence can make this extra special but you can also use a pre-packed mix.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 4 lbs meaty pork rib chops
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence or more (to taste)
  • Salt
  • Cracked black pepper
Preparation:
  • Separate Chops and season with salt and pepper
  • Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
  • Arrange chops one layer deep in a wide, flat pan. A paella pan is ideal but a large, shallow casserole or frying pan with a fireproof handle will do.
  • Cook over the grill, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours or until well browned and crisp.
