Lance Armstrong: Back Out of Retirement for 2006 Tour de France?

In the wake of recent allegations of drug use, Lance Armstrong has come up with one way to dispel the accusations: Tour de France win number eight in 2006, according to Bloomberg., The seven-time Tour de France winner was debating the idea after a French newspaper alleged there is proof Lance Armstrong had performance-enhancing drugs in his system in 1999.
