Hot Summer Sales ("Les Soldes") in France

One of the best aspects of a visit to France (at least for shopaholics comme moi) is spending cold euros. This is an ideal time of year to visit of you love to shop. The government regulates sales, and there are just two times of year when you can get hot deals. Right now, the summer sale (which lasts six weeks) is coming to a close in Paris.
