Oprah Turned Away from Paris Boutique

Oprah Winfrey and her entourage were snubbed when they tried to enter the upscale Parisian Hermes boutique recently, according to an Associated Press story on SFGate.com. Although the store was already closed, Oprah and her group attempted to enter. The store has since apologized for turning her away. They assert it has nothing to do with Oprah's race, and everything to do with the fact the shop was hosting a private event inside.
