Americans Could Soon Outdrink French on Wine Front

It's a bit hard to imagine, but a British study concluded that Americans will leap over the French by 2008 when it comes to wine consumption, according to an Agence France Presse story on Expatica.com. The report was prepared for a major wine expo in Bordeaux. The study concludes the Americans will soon by number one, followed by Italy and THEN France. Go figure!
