Rail Scam Targets English-Speaking Travelers in Paris

Watch it if you're planning to arrive in Paris via the Eurostar chunnel train from London. Conmen offer to assist people arriving in Paris' Gare du Nord station by saving them money buying a carnet of tickets instead of a single ticket, according to an article at the Cleveland Plains Dealer. The travelers hand over money for several tickets, then walk away to realize they only have one ticket. Beware!
