Coens and Killers! Cannes Film Festival May 18 Report
This is a combo that almost cannot fail: the incredible Coen brothers are directing a film with Tom Hanks. I've loved those wacky Coen brothers since I saw the darkly hilarious "Blood Simple" years ago. They found mainstream popularity with "Fargo," but they have never changed their unique style. And what is there to say about Tom Hanks? Has he ever been in a bad movie? Their newest film, Ladykillers, in competition, shows today at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. France time, or 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. EST.
