Euro Hits Record High Against Dollar

euro.jpg The euro yesterday hit an all-time high in value against the U.S. dollar, bad news for Americans planning to visit Europe. The euro was worth U.S. $1.1954, almost as high as its previous record of $1.1932 in May.

This can really add up. Travelers from the U.S. will pay more for hotel stays, dinners, souvenirs, everything bought in France. There are ways to control your euro budget, though. Please see my related articles:
